Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we ca n’t offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be un used and in the same condition that you receive d it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
1:After ordering, if you contact our WhatsApp custo mer, we will take detailed photos of the goods you ordered for you before sending your package, meas ure the size for you, send it to you for inspection, an d send the package for you if you are satisfied.(If you do not contact us, we will also conduct qualit y inspection, and will send it out if there is no problem)
2:If the goods have any quality problems or are not delivered within the specified time, or are detained by customs, I will refund you or send you a new one.(Except for holidays and force majeure delays)
3:Quality problems can be returned free of charge,but if it is not because of quality problems, but beca use, for example, you don’t like it, or you have no re ason to want to exchange it, you need to bear the r ound-trip shipping costs.(After the package is delivered to your door, if it is n ot received in time due to your problem or is stolen by a thief, we will not be responsible.)
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for a different item, please cont act customer service in advance and you can send t he item back after getting approval. (Not unconditi onal approval)
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
